What you will be working on
- Drive transformation of HR administration and manpower operations
- Support capability development and long-term strategic planning
- Support workforce restructuring initiatives and capability development
- Formulate strategies and measures to minimise systemic gaps that arise from HR policy-operations-technology interface
- Oversee coordination with executing agencies to implement transformation measures
Challenge(s)
- Translating strategic intent into executable plans amidst evolving operational demands to support capability development and transformation
- Navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and driving collaboration with external agencies to undertake review of policies, processes, as well as executors to implement measures to enhance HR administration
- Balancing innovation with practical solutioning mindset to cope with dynamic environment
What we are looking for
- Education in Human Resource Management is preferred
- Relevant work experience in planning or transformation role is advantageous
- Strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management
- Ability to synthesise insights from diverse sources of information, identify and communicate findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders
- Keen interest in strategic HR and public sector transformation
- Logical thinking
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment
