You support the Head Service Sustainability Branch to develop plans and specific steps to achieve Army's long-term sustainability-related goals in alignment to MINDEF/SAF's target while implementing mitigation and adaptation plans within the Army.

What you will be working on
- Plan requirements for Army sustainability projects including the conduct of cost-benefit analysis for each project
- Support and execute the sustainability education framework in the service
- Develop information management plans to guide the profiling of key initiatives within the army
- Organise and staff the principals on defence-related engagements in sustainability
Challenge(s)
- Requiring in-depth understanding of logistic-related policies including contract management in the Army
- Communicating with different stakeholders
- Being inquisitive to do research and technological scans to enable work to meet sustainability-related goals
What we are looking for
- Sustainability-related qualifications is preferred, but not mandatory
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, service with the Army is preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in data analytics, employee engagement and contract negotiation
- Ability to design, recommend and evaluate initiatives with minimal supervision
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate with different stakeholders
