You are responsible for managing the coordination, documentation, and continuous improvement of National Service (NS) Human Resource (HR) business processes that interface with NS Personnel Centre while taking full ownership of end-to-end process reviews, driving improvements and ensuring that changes are effectively implemented, clearly communicated, and aligned with policies, system capabilities, and operational requirements.

What you will be working on
- Manage end-to-end documentation and review of NS HR business processes
- Collaborate with business process owners to drive continuous process improvement initiatives
- Lead cross-functional coordination and stakeholder engagement across multiple agencies
- Ensure processes are compliant to evolving HR policies and system updates
- Drive improvements and ensure changes are effectively implemented and clearly communicated
Challenge(s)
- Balancing diverse stakeholders' priorities
- Ensuring proactive change management to overcome resistance and drive change in dynamic environment
- Ensuring compliance with MINDEF's guidelines and policies
What we are looking for
- Education in Engineering, Information Systems, Mechanical, Business Design or a related field
- Computer literate and proficiency in use of software applications, such as Microsoft
- Strong communication skills
