What you will be working on

Responsibilities: • Be a member in the OM team for the day-to-day operations and management of office building, facilities, security, projects and office space planning in AGC. • Manage the maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical services/ systems, Fire protection system, VOIP systems, AVVC system and facilities operations with the in-house IFM, including management of service requests, and fault reporting. • Facilitating testing and maintenance of the Fire Alarm System, Fire Protection System and PA System, including comms to affected officers. • Management of public utilities and telecommunications usage and payment arrangement. • Office space planning (Including review of space requests and prototypes). • Prepare Request for Quotation, Invitation to Quote, and/ or Invitation to Tender (where required). Including preparation of requirements specifications including conducting bid analysis and putting up evaluation/ recommendation report for award. • Manage all facets of project management (Budget, Schedule, Procurement, Quality and Risk), including planning, gathering and defining requirements, preparing scope of works, tender documentation, procurement, construction management, progress tracking, monitoring, payments, move management and closeout. • Facilitate project meetings and coordinate with stakeholders at all stages. • Track progress of each project against pre-defined goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines, and deliverables. Prepares, update and present monthly/ ad-hoc progress updates to Senior Management. • Maintain proper documentation of meeting minutes, approvals and all inspection records. Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated. • Oversee consultants’ and contractors’ work performance closely and tracks that all contractual deliverables, and authorities’ approvals/ submissions, including as-built drawings and operation and maintenance manual are submitted timely and in accordance to AGC’s requirements. • Perform any other duties assigned by the Operations Department.

What we are looking for

Requirements: • Qualifications in Building, Projects & Facilities Management, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or other equivalent. • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in managing IFM/ MEP system/ project management or equivalent. • Demonstrate ability to understand complex project documentations including Agreements, contracts, leases, layouts and technical drawings. • Possess good writing and communication skills. • Familiar with the use of Microsoft Office applications. • Positive mindset, meticulous, result-oriented and analytical. • Experienced in managing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously. • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced office environment. • Strong team player and ability to work independently.
