What the role is

The candidate will be part of a team to develop and implement corporate communication plans for ACRA that effectively promulgates ACRA’s key messages.

What you will be working on

Responsibilities • Develop and execute communication plans for specific projects/programmes/initiatives that ACRA plans to introduce. • Work with relevant departments to draft communication materials for press release, publications, talking points for ACRA Senior Management and speeches. • Produce ACRA’s Annual Report. • Involve in projects to enhance ACRA’s branding and corporate image (e.g., website revamp) • Liaise with key partners, stakeholders, and the media to ensure clarity of outgoing public messages. • Manage media queries and work with relevant divisions to propose appropriate responses. • Develop and implement social media campaigns to garner support for ACRA’s policies and initiatives. • Develop creative social media content and increase stakeholder engagement. • Coordinate and organize engagement / networking sessions by ACRA senior management with key stakeholders. • Track/monitor media reports and draft media analysis reports. • Identify / review outreach platforms and activities that could further ACRA’s key strategic objectives.

What we are looking for

Requirements • Professional Qualification in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related fields • 1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate communication functions Competencies • Good project management skills to plan, track progress and ensure desired outcomes are achieved on time. Ability to work effectively with external vendors is important. • Creative thinking and ability to utilize resources and work within constraints to develop effective solutions to communicate ACRA’s key messages. • Good writing and communication skills to effectively communicate ACRA’s key messages, initiatives, and products to a wide and varied range of stakeholders. • Good social media skills - savvy with social media platforms, content editing tools and video and photo-editing software, and web content management system, social media management tools. • Ability to adapt and learn within a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging cross-functional, environment.
