This role reports to the Director of Enterprise Academy. In this role, you will design, shape and implement a holistic, human centric, evidence-based employee experience engagement (EX) strategy that is in line with the employee value proposition and employer brand, and meets employee’s needs and organisation’s goals.
Applying leading practices in behavioural insights, design thinking, user and service design practices, you will analyse inputs and synthesise these into insights to effectively diagnose organisational focus areas and design target interventions that shapes EnterpriseSG's future workplace, enhancing culture, connection and driving sustainable change that enhances both performance and employee experience.
You will oversee the design and implementation of transformational OD interventions, lead cross-functional teams, and partner with executive and senior leadership team to effect transformation and culture building at scale.
