We are seeking an experienced HR Operations & Systems Partner to join our People Operations & Systems team (POS). This role combines systems administration, operational excellence, and HR service delivery to support our organisation's HR digital transformation journey.
What you will be working on
Systems Administration & Management
- Manage and maintain multiple HR platforms including Workday, FormSG, and Monday.com, including user access management, role assignments, and license renewals
- Design, create and maintain digital forms, workflows, and system documentation to support HR operations and processes
- Ensure data integrity and system hygiene through regular audits, updates, and maintenance activities across all HR systems
HR Operations & Cycle Management
- Drive end-to-end annual HR cycles including (but not limited to) performance rating, bonus administration, and promotion exercises, ensuring timely completion and accuracy
- Oversee HR processes including (but not limited to) employee onboarding, offboarding, education verification, vendor payments, claims processing, and foregone payment reviews
- Maintain data accuracy and compliance through systematic validation and regular audits of HR records and transactions
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Develop and maintain comprehensive SOPs while continuously identifying and implementing process improvements across HR operations
- Lead reporting initiatives including creation of standard reports, ad-hoc analysis, and development of reporting frameworks to support decision-making
- Provide system expertise and advisory services to stakeholders, including guidance on system updates, process changes, and best practices
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for all HR systems and process queries, providing timely resolution and expert guidance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Business Partners and stakeholders through proactive communication and support
- Drive system adoption and process compliance through effective training, documentation, and change management
What we are looking for
Education & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in HR operations, with a strong focus on HRIS systems.
- Proven expertise in managing and optimizing HRIS platforms, particularly Workday.
- Demonstrated success in leading HR process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in HR systems, databases, and Excel, with strong data analysis capabilities
- Hands-on experience in workflow design, system configuration, and process automation.
- Strong capability in managing multiple HR platforms while ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems.
Soft Skills
- Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with tools such as FormSG and Monday.com, and familiarity with HR operations in the government or public sector.
- Solid background in HR analytics, reporting, and continuous process improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated track record in implementing HR technology solutions and driving digital transformation in HR functions.
