What the role is
What you will be working on
The project is an extensive engagement process for the refresh of the LTMP, which entails the development of engagement plans and execution of engagement activities that would support the development of the LTMP 2050. The officers under this programme will develop and implement comprehensive engagement strategies that actively listen to and collaborate with diverse commuters and communities, as well as design engagement activities and effective stakeholder engagement approaches, incorporating digital tools and interactive elements to enhance participation and deliver meaningful outcomes for Singapore's public transport system. The officers will also be involved in coordinating communication campaigns that reach diverse audiences across Singapore, ensuring inclusive participation in shaping our transport future.
What we are looking for
The role encompasses creative responsibilities including graphic design, video editing, and filming to support engagement initiatives and transform communication strategies into compelling visual content. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for working closely with various stakeholders, including youths, community organisations, academia, and interest groups.

Eligibility for GRIT@Gov traineeship
The GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service (GRIT@Gov) aims to provide fresh graduates with opportunities to gain industry-relevant skills and experience that can strengthen their employability to take up full time roles in the sector.
All trainees must fulfil the following criteria:
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
- Graduated or graduating in 2024 or 2025 from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) and other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
- Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2024 or 2025.
Trainees who complete their studies from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) or other Educational Institutions within 2025 but who will only receive their qualification/certification award in 2026 are eligible for the programme as well.
