[LTA-TRO] PRINCIPAL / SENIOR / EXECUTIVE, ENFORCEMENT LOGISTICS

You will be part of the team responsible for fleet management and logistics within the Enforcement Engagement & Training Division. The team provides day-to-day fleet and logistical support for enforcement operations, and your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting checks to ensure fleet readiness for deployment to operational teams.

• Engaging with operational teams and external vendors (e.g., for fleet maintenance such as repairs and servicing), sourcing repair quotes, and assessing and evaluating repair work recommended and completed by vendors.

• Managing the fleet management system.

• Tracking fleet-related data such as mileage, repair costs, etc.

• Managing and facilitating issuance of uniform and enforcement equipment to officers.

• Assisting in the procurement process by obtaining budgetary quotes.

• Required to possess a Class 3 driving license, and preferably a Class 2 license as well.

• Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Logistics and Fleet/Transport Management. No experience may also be considered.

• Familiar with workplace environmental, health, and safety aspect of operations would be an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Pleasant personality with good command of spoken and written English.

• Team player with a positive attitude, is self-motivated and able to work independently.
