What you will be working on
• Review and verify information and documents submitted by individuals or companies.
• Identify discrepancies or potential risks and escalate cases where further follow-up is required.
• Engage with applicants and stakeholders to clarify information on applications.
• Review processes, identify areas for improvement and suggest possible solutions.
• Respond to and resolve enquiries on Work Pass application matters escalated from the MOM customer touchpoints.
• Manage, track and improve automated processes, e.g identify gaps in RPA and work with relevant technical team on improvement.
• Support policy implementation, system testing and process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to projects that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
What we are looking for
• Possess excellent customer service and communication (written and spoken)
• Able to use systems and IT programmes independently
• Knowledge of data, and usage of automation tools (e.g UIPath, Python) will be an advantage
• Good team player with a customer-focused mindset’
• Proactive in problem solving and adaptable in dealing with different situations and handling multiple portfolios/tasks
