Role and Responsibilities: Post-Event Documentation (Pesta Sukan 2025) • Compile and organise comprehensive post-event reports and documentation from Sports ICs and FAs Leads • Maintain proper digital filing system and data migration • Assist in preparing final event reports for stakeholders Games Management System Work Group Secretariat Support (2025 – 2026) • Schedule and coordinate Work Group meetings, including venue bookings and logistics • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and invitations • Attend meetings to record accurate minutes and action items • Follow up with Work Group members on outstanding matters and track progress • Maintain organised shared folders with proper knowledge management protocols • Ensure all meeting documentation is properly filed and accessible Pesta Sukan 2026 Secretariat Support • Provide administrative support to the Pesta Sukan 2026 Secretariat Team starting from 4Q2025 • Schedule and coordinate Working Com Meetings and small group meetings for selected discussions. • Prepare Working Com and Steering Com presentation decks after seeking guidance from Head Secretariat and Project Directors • Support coordination activities between various internal (sports, FAs, GASG, Anchorsite, etc) and external stakeholders (e.g. KSAM, NSAs, vendors, etc) • Organize Pesta Sukan-wide functions e.g. Integration Luncheon • Contribute to the smooth transition from planning to operational phases

The ideal candidate should possess the following: Required Skills: • Strong administrative and organizational abilities • Excellent attention to detail • Proficiency in data management and basic analytics • Good communication skills • Experience with digital platforms and content management systems • Knowledge of sports event management will be advantageous Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
