You support the operational process of the issuance and redemption of the NS Recognition Schemes credits namely NS Excellence Award, Celebratory Gift and NS HOME while being responsible to manage and respond timely to NSmen's queries and manage other administration from the recognition schemes.

What you will be working on
- Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) queries across the 3 schemes within Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure timely issuance of credits for the three schemes
- Conduct monthly reconciliation and proper accounting of disbursements and redemption records
- Support audits on the three schemes to ensure all processes and systems are in compliance
Challenge(s)
- Managing high level of communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Processing and managing high volume of data
- Ensuring compliance with MINDEF's guidelines and policies
What we are looking for
- Education in Information Systems, Business, Informatics or a related field
- Computer literate and proficiency in use of software applications, such as Microsoft
- Strong communication skills
