What you will be working on
The candidate will be part of the staff engagement team under Human Resource Development (HRD). The candidate will contribute to, but not limited to, the following job areas:
• Plan, execute and evaluate staff dialogue sessions with senior management of SG Courts.
• Plan and implement major staff engagement activities for the entire SG Courts. These includes organising events (eg National Day Observance Ceremony, National Day Awards Investiture, SAF Day Rededication Ceremony), Bring Your Kids to Work Day and Festivities celebrations.
• Plan and implement programmes and activities related to the induction of new employees and arranging learning journeys across different parts of the SG Courts
• Review all existing initiatives and platforms for staff engagement, to systematically gauge employee engagement level and make further improvement to it.
• Work on other ad-hoc projects and activities that are under the purview of HRD department.

Work Experience and Competencies
We are looking for a suitable candidate that have the relevant working experience and competencies in the following areas:
Employee Experience – the ability to create and foster a seamless and positive, holistic employee experience that is fully in line with the SG Courts’ employee value proposition and organisation brand, and enable SG Courts to meet employees’ needs and organisation’s goals.
Organisational Development & Culture Building – the ability to develop and implement interventions that help our workforce manage change and to shape and sustain an organisational culture that can optimise SG Courts’ effectiveness, by monitoring our workforce health and engagement level.
HR Policies, Processes and Legislation – the ability to design, translate and implement policies that are employee-centric while taking into consideration organisational needs.
HR Business Partnership – the ability to facilitate and develop holistic HR decisions, operations and initiatives based on SG Courts’ priorities, perspectives and desired outcome.
Skills – Familiar with design software eg Canva and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (eg Word, Excel and Powerpoint).

A suitable candidate for this role is likely to possess the following traits:

• Meticulous – the candidtate would be able to pay attention to the details entailed with the job, deliver high quality work and able to perform under pressure.
• Communicator – the candidate should possess strong written and verbal communications skills.
