The MOE Digital Excellence and Products Division’s Teacher Productivity team is hiring a top-tier product designer to actively develop and execute discovery to drive scale, tap new opportunities as we design, develop and mature tools that help teachers interact effectively and efficiently with their students and colleagues. Partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering, you will tackle our highest impact problems, influencing the overall area’s strategy for both the short and long term.

Your core responsibilities will be to:
Independently drive and deliver strategic research and recommendations and materially influencing the vision and strategy
Break down complex business challenges into clear research plans; lead the end to end research process and demonstrate strong storytelling skills to deliver significant impact on each product within the vertical
Design and lead workshops that inspire collaboration, align stakeholders, and generate actionable insights
Harness your product mindset and storytelling chops to influence product roadmap, by framing and telling the story of design solutions, communicating research findings, conceptual ideas, and design rationale both verbally and visually
Advocate for the role of Research as a strategic partner in the business process
Create service design deliverables including experience maps, user journeys, service blueprints, interaction models, flows, and wireframes
Translate concepts into wireframes and low-fi prototypes, iterating quickly based on feedback from users, team, and internal stakeholders
