What you will be working on
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with operating groups to review and refine HDB’s file plan, ensuring our classification frameworks continue to meet evolving business needs;
- Enhancing both physical and digital repositories, ensuring robust systems & processes that capture vital knowledge and records whilst ensuring effective organisation for efficient retrieval;
- Managing the lifecycle of government records, including the transfer of records with archival value to appropriate repositories; and
- Contributing to the development of comprehensive competency frameworks that guide the advancement of HDB’s professional capabilities.
What we are looking for
You should possess strong analytical, project management and stakeholder engagement skills, and be able to engage effectively with stakeholders at different levels. You should also be able to work well both independently and as part of a team, and possess strong attention to detail. Past experience and familiarity with records management standards & approaches, and with competency framework development, will be an advantage.
