GenAI Program Manager Traineeship [GRIT@Gov]

Key Responsibilities: 

Community Engagement & Stakeholder Collaboration 

• Support outreach and engagement activities that connect officers across different agencies who are learning or experimenting with AI. 

• Build relationships with partners, speakers, and community members to keep programmes vibrant and inclusive. 

• Coordinate with agencies and collaborators to align schedules, share resources, and ensure smooth event delivery. 

Program Development & Management 

• Play a central role in the planning and execution of Prompt Royale, including logistics, registration, and on-site setup. 

• Support the end-to-end organisation of AI-focused workshops, showcases, and learning challenges. 

• Handle practical logistics such as venue setup, material preparation, participant onboarding, and communications. 

• Work with internal and external partners to ensure timelines, deliverables, and requirements are met. 

• Support event day operations: from ushering participants and setting up exhibition booths, to managing photography, coordination, and participant flow. 

• Assist in arranging judging panels, coordinating prize disbursement, and compiling post-event materials such as reports, feedback, and media highlights. 

Content Ideation & Execution 

• Contribute ideas for new AI challenge formats and learning activities that make complex topics fun and approachable. 

• Help prepare presentation decks, promotional materials, and publicity content to communicate program objectives and outcomes. 

• Prepare success stories or summaries that showcase participants’ experiences and lessons learnt. 

• Keep up with trending AI tools, case studies, and use-cases that could inspire future programmes.
