What the role is

You are responsible for developing strategic priorities and overseeing the implementation of the digital and data transformation plans within MINDEF/SAF.

What you will be working on

- Support Chief Information Officer in formulating strategic digital transformation plans and conceptualisation of new initiatives for the organisation - Identify opportunities to strengthen the organisation's digital and data capabilities development - Work alongside other teams to assess progress of digitalisation plans and ensure alignment with MINDEF/SAF priorities - Drive evaluation and performance monitoring to ensure strategic objectives are met - Review and monitor enterprise risk management for digital and data initiatives in MINDEF/SAF Challenge(s) - Managing and performing myriad of activities in both plans and operations - Bringing forth new ideas and initiatives

What we are looking for

- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in related fields such as digital transformation, policy design, strategic planning - Keen interest in technological developments - Demonstrate a bias for action and capability to work independently with diverse stakeholders - Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, and written skills (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
