What you will be working on
- Manage governing Vocation Approving Authority (VAA) policies
- Manage manpower resources including Full-Time National Servicemen (NSFs) and NSmen
- Manage National Service (NS) succession planning and management under Army Intelligence
- Analyse recruitment efforts to enhance strong and regular upstream onboarding flow

- Proposing effective and feasible solutions to meet organisational outcomes
What we are looking for
- Education in Human Resources, HR management, Human Capital management or a related field
- Experience in HR Management, personnel and career development is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to propose constructive solutions to dynamic problems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and competencies with database management
