What you will be working on
- Manage regular service personnel's performance management cycle, posting movements, and annual requirements such as Body Mass Index, Physical Employment Standards statuses
- Plan regular service personnel's route of advancement courses and relevant training to prepare personnel for their positions
- Oversee six pillars of Human Resource administration framework: Attract, Motivate, Engage, Develop, Retain, and Perform functions for all service personnel
- Handle exit management and audit processes for service personnel transitions
- Monitor administration for overseas courses and exercises submissions to stakeholders
- Plan and manage funds
- Conduct finance audits and generate reports
Challenge(s)
- Managing diverse job scope while ensuring Training Institute's functioning is not hampered by administrative challenges with tight turnaround times
- Having in-depth understanding of policies, systems, processes and stakeholders
- Communicating clearly to external and internal parties
What we are looking for
- At least 3 years of relevant
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised, meticulous and adaptive
- Self-motivated individual with integrity and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge management proficiency in tools like Electronic Silk and SharePoint
- High computer literacy with good word processing and spreadsheet skills
- Strong leadership skills to manage administrative team
