Roles & Responsibilities · Assist Team Lead in the development and operationalisation of organisation-wide Partnerships & Engagement (P&E) plan, including capability development roadmap. · Develop P&E performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking the effectiveness of P&E efforts. · Gather and analyse feedback from P&E Network members and Community of Practice participants. · Create and implement corporate narratives, messaging frameworks, and relevant communication materials across multiple workstreams to effectively articulate the value of sport to people, public and private sector partners. · Plan and execute stakeholder engagement activities and partnership initiatives to advance SportSG's strategic objectives and strengthen collaborative networks. · Manage protocol arrangements at key corporate events such as GetActive! Singapore, ensuring smooth execution and appropriate stakeholder engagement.

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile. This individual should preferably be a sport advocate who leads an active lifestyle and wants to be involved in facilitating opportunities for more people to Live Better through Sport. The ideal candidate should possess the following: Relevant background in PR/ Marketing/ Communications/ Arts & Social Sciences/ Business or a related field. Minimally 8 years (6 years for Manager) of stakeholder engagement, partnerships, outreach, and/or relevant experience such as in the field of communications, marketing, branding and/or research. Understanding how to navigate within the different functions and Public Service. Experience in training & development, and/or stakeholder engagement will be advantageous. Passion for developing opportunities to create value in partnership and engagement and/or strategic communications and engagement. Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities. Ability to work well within and across teams. High level of initiative and willingness to learn. Ability to thrive in a start-up environment.
