What you will be working on
1.	Support community engagement initiatives to bring various segments of society together for two of MDDI’s national initiatives 
2.	Support outreach programmes with educational institutions, creating opportunities for students to be part of these national experiences
3.	Support strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance the visibility and impact of the national showcase and exhibition
4.	Coordinate special interest group visits and exclusive tours, ensuring memorable experiences for all participants
5.	Support the team in delivering seamless operational arrangements for various visitor groups
6.	Assisting in adhoc duties as assigned
What we are looking for

Applicants who are: 
•	Able to commit minimally 4 months 
•	Familiar with MS office suite (e.g. PowerPoint and Excel) 
•	Comfortable with design tools like Photoshop or Canva 
•	Experience in events and related operations, comfortable dealing with external partners 
•	Strong interest in marketing, partnerships, and community engagement
•	Good written and verbal communication skills
•	Strong project management skills
•	Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
