We are seeking a dynamic Partnerships & Engagement Assistant Manager to join our team for a 4-month period to support community engagement and partnership initiatives for two national initiatives (SG60 flagship event Heart&Soul Experience and an upcoming exhibition slated for launch in Dec 2025). 
This role offers unique exposure to both public and private sector partnerships, allowing you to build valuable networks while contributing to significant national events. You'll get hands-on experience in stakeholder management, event coordination, operations and creative partnership development.

What you will be working on
•	Drive community engagement initiatives to bring various segments of society together for two of MDDI’s national initiatives 
•	Spearhead outreach programmes with educational institutions, creating opportunities for students to be part of these national experiences
•	Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance the visibility and impact of the national showcase and exhibition
•	Contribute creative ideas for partnership activations and community engagement
•	Support the team in delivering seamless operational arrangements for various visitor groups
What we are looking for
•	Background in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
•	Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
•	Strong interest in marketing, partnerships, and community engagement
•	Good organisational and time management skills
•	Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•	Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•	Detail-oriented with good follow-through capabilities
•	Proficiency in MS Office suite
•	Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
•	Prior experience in events, marketing, or partnerships would be beneficial
