We are looking for a motivated and proactive Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on exposure across multiple Human Resource functions and contribute to initiatives that enhance employee experience and organisational effectiveness.

What you will be working on

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on exposure across multiple Human Resource functions and contribute to initiatives that enhance employee experience and organisational effectiveness. During your internship, you may be involved in: - Learning & Development (L&D): Participate in the sourcing, planning and organising of training programmes and workshops. - Career Management: Support the planning and execution of career development and staff posting initiatives. - Employee Well-Being & Engagement: Assist in staff engagement programmes and workplace wellness initiatives, including programme planning, coordination and analytics for reporting. - HR Projects and Process Improvements: Contribute to ongoing HR projects such as process reviews, system automation, and workflow enhancements. Document processes and suggest improvements to enhance HR efficiency and staff experience. - HR Analytics: Support the collection, data cleaning, organisation, and visualisation of HR data to guide manpower resource planning and process. - HR Communications: Draft internal HR communication materials, such as intranet articles, newsletters, or posters. By the end of this internship, you will: - Gain holistic HR experience through hands-on experience in various HR functions. - Develop analytical skills through data collection, analysis and presenting data to support decision-making. - Develop project management and process improvement skills through involvement in HR projects. - Strengthen your professional communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills through cross-functional collaboration.

What we are looking for

We are looking for candidates who are: - Polytechnic or university undergraduates in Human Resource Management, Business, Social Sciences, or related disciplines. - Strong communicators with good organisational skills and attention to detail. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); comfortable with handling data and reports. - Adaptable, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team. - Interested in understanding HR practices within a government and public service environment.
