What you will be working on
• Optimise financial operations, identify and implement process improvements
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, including budget, financial analytics, accounts payable, account receivables and general ledger entries
• Ensure procedures are compliant to financial policies and guidelines
• Identify opportunities for improvement through transforming, streamlining and digitalising processes
• Drive projects on digitalisation and automation including adoption of RPA and AI to streamline finance processes
• Assist the director and the department in coordination works across sections and branches
• Ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time
What we are looking for
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Exposure to coding or programming (including use of excel macros) will be an advantage
• Experience in RPA, AI for finance processes
• Possess great sense of urgency and able to work independently
• Be proactive in problem solving and adaptable in dealing with different situations and handling multiple portfolios/tasks
• Excellent working attitude and a strong mindset for learning and growth
