What you will be working on
- Develop and review manpower establishment policies, procedures and planning norms/ratios
- Develop strategies to digitalise and optimise work processes
- Scan for potential technology-enabled solutions such as Data Analytics to improve productivity and work effectiveness
- Supervise and manage team of senior managers and executives
- Organise annual RSAF Workplan Presentation Seminar as part of organising team
Challenge(s)

What we are looking for
- Education in Human Resource, Mathematics, Data Science or a related field
- At least 6 years of work experience in Human Resource and management positions is advantageous
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, writing and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills such as formulas/macros being preferred
- Meticulous, self-motivated, proactive individual who takes ownership to resolve problems
