What you will be working on

Job Responsibilities • Design graphics and promotional mailers for Whole-of-Government communications via app messaging, eDMs, websites, etc • Process, track, and analyse data to support programme reporting. • Coordinate the distribution of QR codes via SMS to CoWork users with reserved seats, ensuring accurate delivery and providing user support as necessary • Collaborate with CoWork host agencies to facilitate the accurate delivery of QR codes and provide user assistance as needed • Support the operations of the implementation of Whole-of-Government programmes (e.g. Well-being@Gov, CoWork@Gov, Well-being Ambassadors network), including liaising with the vendor and agencies to ensure services are rendered effectively.

What we are looking for

Competencies Required • Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and engaging content, including decks, videos, animations, and other visual elements • Keen attention to detail and ability to ensure alignment with the agency's brand guidelines and procedures • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders • Strong team player with a positive work ethic and attitude • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and design-related software (e.g. Canva/Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop) • Willingness to learn and utilise Generative AI tools (e.g. Pair and LaunchPad) for content creation and summarisation • Ability to quickly acquire new knowledge and skills, e.g., SMS distribution platform (SaaS), use of Python for data processing • Possesses competencies in organisational, communication, time management, attention to detail, problem-solving, flexibility, and confidentiality Shortlisted applicants will typically be notified within 4 weeks of the closing date of the job posting.
