What you will be working on
Job Responsibilities
• Provide support for Center of Government – Public Sector Transformation (PST) visits, including coordination with the Ministry Family’s organising team regarding scheduling, consolidation and curation of meeting material, execution of visit day logistics, etc.
• Assist in the implementation and analysis of surveys related to PST
• Assist in drafting of regular reports on the state of PST across Whole-Of-Government
• Conduct benchmarking and desktop research relating to key PST indicators as required by the Strategy team
• Maintain and update resources on intranet portals related to PST
• Provide support for any additional tasks that may arise from time to time
What we are looking for
Competencies Required
• Keen eye for detail and ability to ensure that all work adheres to the agency's brand guidelines
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• Strong team player with a positive work ethic and attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Possesses competencies in organisational, communication, time management, attention to detail, problem-solving, flexibility, and confidentiality
