Manager / Information Technology (Contract)
What the role is
What you will be working on
Work closely with our users and support them with the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by running through the UAT plan and scenarios, including retesting where necessary, and assisting in scenario development for the system.
Assist the Ops core team in conducting service mapping journey with users to streamline workflows in NParks Central System, improve system performance, and enhance user interface/user experience (UI/UX).
Conduct source code reviews to enhance the system modules and improve their reliability.
Develop prototypes to validate business viability and assess technical feasibility to potentially increase the system agility
Review cost reasonableness of system enhancements quoted by vendors.
What we are looking for
Areas of study in Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent qualification
Those with no formal working experience in Information Technology may apply as training will be provided.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent analytical, technical documentation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
Ability to work independently whilst being an effective team player with a positive attitude

Experience with HR and Finance systems, Agile methodologies will be advantageous
Preferably with proficiency in .NET, Github, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate), Dynamics 365 and Azure technologies
