What you will be working on
• Produce high-quality, impactful video content for PMO’s social media, digital and broadcast platforms.
• Propose, conceptualise and execute creative video ideas that amplify government messages and engage diverse audiences.
• Provide full end-to-end coverage of PMO events — from pre-production planning and on-site filming to post-production editing.
• Operate professional cameras, lighting and audio equipment to achieve broadcast-quality results.
• Work closely with event organisers and external vendors to ensure seamless video, sound and technical delivery.
• Accompany Political Office Holders as official videographer on local and overseas assignments.
• Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring readiness and reliability at all times.
• Keep abreast of the latest tools and technologies to continuously enhance production quality and workflow.
What we are looking for
• A background in video production or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end video production — from concept to final cut — backed by a strong portfolio.
• Skilled in operating broadcast, DSLR and/or cinematic cameras, and in handling professional lighting and audio equipment.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of motion graphics is an advantage.
• Strong communication and writing skills; fluency in a mother tongue is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, online culture and how to craft stories that resonate.
• Experience in photography, graphic design, communications or website management would be an added bonus.
• A team player with a professional and positive attitude.
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and to travel for assignments.
• Good character and personal integrity.
