What you will be working on

The primary role of Corporate Services is to provide efficient administration and financial support to ensure the Management Team function effectively and response to the needs and aspirations of all co-locating agencies and partners. Role and Responsibilities • To develop, streamline and enhance financial processes, SOPs, workflows and other requirements across multiple developments under the management of Integrated Facilities Hub (IFH). • To manage annual allocated budget and monitor expenditure. • To liaise with internal and external auditors to address queries, furnish required information and documents. • To undertake any other finance and accounting tasks as assigned. • To guide team members in procurement process, challenges and advise end-to-end solutions based on established guidelines and procedures. • To develop, revise and improve on work processes to improve overall efficiency of procurement functions. • To ensure departments administer all procurement processes and procedures in accordance with IM and SportSG Financial Regulations. • To ensure proper KM records of all procurement exercises within IFH utilising established channels by HQ. • To guide team members through end-to-end contract management solutions by providing expert advice, training, and support based on established organisational guidelines and procedures. • To ensure contractual obligations of contractors are fulfilled via complete documentation & necessary endorsements. • To ensure compliance with contract management policies whilst delivering exceptional customer service. • To ensure all contract timelines (eg. contracts renewals, etc) are monitored and tracked to prevent lapses or delays. • To oversee the comprehensive management of tenancy agreements within IFH. Manage any financial reconciliations. Resolve tenancy-related disputes and maintain accurate records of all agreements and correspondences. • To liaise with legal, finance, and FM teams to ensure seamless integration of CLAs whilst supporting the operational efficiency of the integrated developments under IFH.

What we are looking for

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: • At least 5 years of proven experience and/or track record in relevant areas. • Strong team-player, self-starter with strong sense of initiative and ability to work with ambiguity and agility • Strong stakeholder management skills to influence and communicate effectively across diverse groups • Able to manage internal and external vendors and partners • Love and enjoy sports and adopt health-promoting habits The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 2-year / Fixed Term contract in the first instance. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
