[LTA-P&P] SENIOR ASSISTANT ENGINEER, DEVELOPMENT & BUILDING CONTROL (CIVIL)
What the role is
What you will be working on
Besides the opportunity to work with developers, their architectural and engineering consultants and contractors, you will also co-ordinate and liaise with LTA architects, planners and engineers on projects affecting rail and road systems.

[What you will be working on]
You will be part of a team responsible for regulating development and building works within railway protection zones, railway corridors, and road structure safety zones to safeguard rapid transit systems, road structures, and public streets.
Your role will involve reviewing the design of both temporary and permanent works that affect rapid transit systems, road structures, and public streets. You will conduct engineering risk assessments and analyses, evaluate construction methodologies and instrumentation proposals, and review geotechnical and structural instrumentation data. Additionally, you will work on projects where stations are integrated with adjoining and adjacent developments.
