You are responsible to ensure proper data governance in support of the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) simulation systems for SAF training by developing plans and strategies to collect, archive, and manage the simulation data from the systems.

What you will be working on
- Develop plans and strategies to collect, archive, and manage simulation data from the simulation systems
- Analyse data to further enhance SAF exercises' design and enrich participants' learning
- Incorporate technological enablers and drivers like Artificial Intelligence to further develop the simulation systems
Challenge(s)
- Ensuring data alignment across services and joint operations as data across services are complex and require data mapping to ensure data fields alignment for operational, training and functional domain data
- Understanding operational requirements and context which data comes from and serves to enhance in order to effectively analyse data and propose solutions
- Introducing Artificial Intelligence and technological tools into training and operational systems while implementing these technological tools into the SAF simulation systems
What we are looking for
- Education in Data or Computer Science related fields
- At least 6 years of experience in data management
- Ability to appreciate technical challenges while implementing data management solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate technical requirements
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
