Youth Corps is seeking for dynamic individuals to be part of the Journey Crafters team to champion youth volunteerism. The team manages the youth volunteer journey from recruitment, engagement and recognition of Youth Corps leaders and members via online and face to face platforms. The team also build partnerships and collaborations with local and overseas partners to develop and curate programmes, partnerships, and platforms to sustain a vibrant community of youths seeking to contribute back to society.

What you will be working on
Partnership & Youth Engagement
• Build, manage, and strengthen partnerships with schools, youth sector organisations (YSOs), corporates, and other stakeholders.
• Plan and implement outreach and engagement initiatives to attract, retain, and re-engage volunteers for new and ongoing civic action opportunities.
• Organise and manage mid- to large-scale Youth Corps milestone events such as Volunteer Appreciation Day and the Leaders’ Commencement Ceremony.
• Mentor a youth-led cluster in collaborating with community partners to co-design and implement projects that uplift local communities.
Data & Programme Management
• Manage and analyse volunteer data to derive insights that enhance recruitment, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Streamline and improve operational workflows using email marketing systems and the Discover Civic Action platform to strengthen volunteer recruitment and management.
• Administer the Youth Corps Expedition Project (YEP) grant and coordinate partnerships to provide overseas volunteering opportunities for youth.
What we are looking for
Skills & Knowledge:
• Strong partnership and stakeholder management skills
• Effective project management skills
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Knowledge in IT project management, change management, data management and analytics, and visualisation tools is advantageous
Personal Competencies:
• Detail-oriented and meticulous
• Able to adapt well and thrive in a dynamic environment
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Enthusiastic about engaging and mentoring youth volunteers, with availability on weekday evenings and weekends
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in community service, youth development, volunteer development, partnership and stakeholder management, and/or events management
• Experience in managing systems, processes and data
