What the role is

The Senior Development Partner/Development Partner for the Marine and Offshore Division will play a pivotal role in spearheading initiatives and projects that promote sustainable development, innovation, and internationalization in the marine and offshore renewables sectors.
With a strong focus on Offshore Wind and Maritime Decarbonization, the successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for driving growth of the sector, fostering international partnerships, and leading regionalization efforts.

What you will be working on

Lead and manage initiatives aimed at promoting the adoption of offshore wind technologies and maritime decarbonization practices within the marine and offshore renewables sector.
Develop and implement strategies for the internationalization and regionalization of Singapore’s marine and offshore renewables industries, identifying new markets and opportunities for local companies.
Collaborate with research institutions, industry leaders, and government bodies to develop strategies that advance technological innovation and adoption in line with global sustainability goals.

What we are looking for

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to navigate the complexities of the marine and offshore industries and contribute to Singapore’s vision of becoming a global marine and offshore renewables hub.
Exceptional project organization and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple competing project timelines while ensuring all deadlines are met.
Keen sense of business acumen, with strong relationship building skills.
Able to thrive under pressure, take initiative and work independently and within a team.
