We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Digital Programme Centres as a Digital Procurement Executive. In this role, you will support the procurement of IT-related goods and services that powers Singapore’s defence and security technology initiatives.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage end-to-end procurement processes, from sourcing and evaluation to contracting and supplier performance, while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations, including export control requirements for restricted items.

What you will be working on
•	Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including supplier sourcing, quotation or tender evaluation, goods receipt and supplier performance monitoring.
•	Support contract administration, including handling export license applications and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
•	Ensure all procurement activities are carried out in a timely, compliant and cost-effective manner.
•	Assist internal teams with their procurement activities and queries.
•	Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project needs and develop sourcing strategies that align with project timeline and budgets.
•	Liaise with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods, services, and supporting documentation.
•	Maintain and review procurement records to assess the effectiveness of work processes and procedures.
•	Support the use and adoption of e-procurement systems and digital tools to enhance efficiency.
What we are looking for
•	Diploma in any discipline.
•	Knowledge of procurement, business, finance or supply chain operations will be an advantage.
•	Prior experience in government or regulated procurement environments (e.g. export controls, compliance) is a plus.
•	Experience using government procurement platforms (e.g. GeBiz) and enterprise systems (e.g. SAP) will be an advantage. 
•	Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
•	Detailed-oriented, organised and comfortable working with numbers and documentation.
•	A strong team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
•	Willingness to support operational and administrative tasks as needed, and to collaborate with the larger administrative team on ad-hoc assignments delegated by management.
