What you will be working on
Key Responsibilities
•	Manage digital channels (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, X, website) and create content showcasing members, events and collaborations 
•	Lead event publicity and maintain the community calendar with regular announcements 
•	Monitor engagement metrics and provide recommendations to optimize reach and impact 
•	Collaborate with members and partners to amplify their initiatives while maintaining brand consistency
Officer Will Excel in This Role If They
•	Produce compelling written and visual content efficiently with minimal revisions 
•	Prioritize consistent execution over perfection and understand social media engagement strategies 
•	Translate technical or complex topics into accessible narratives 
•	Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment
What we are looking for
•	Background in Communications, Marketing, Design or related fields 
•	1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media or communications 
•	Strong writing and visual design skills (e.g. Canva, Figma, Adobe or similar tools) 
•	Portfolio demonstrating writing samples and digital content created 
•	Experience managing WhatsApp communities, LinkedIn pages, X accounts and websites preferred 
•	Familiarity with tech, AI or innovation ecosystems is an advantage 
•	Must be able to work in the evenings, when needed
Note: This is a temporary contract position up to 1 year.
