What you will be working on
What Officer Will Do
•	Plan and execute events, workshops and community activities with consistent quality and cadence
•	Curate speakers, topics and formats for signature programmes while testing new approaches
•	Manage end-to-end event logistics from coordination to post-event follow-up
•	Collect and analyze feedback to refine programming strategy and improve impact
Officer Will Excel in This Role If They
•	Balance creative programming with operational excellence and hands-on execution
•	Possess a network within the AI and innovation community or can build one quickly
•	Thrive in high-cadence environments, solving problems in real-time with short turnaround times
•	Understand what makes technical and professional audiences engage and return
What we are looking for
•	Background in Communications, Event Management, Innovation or related fields 
•	3–5 years of relevant experience in event programming, community management or partnership work 
•	Familiarity with unconference or community-led formats preferred 
•	Experience working with AI, tech or research practitioners is an advantage 
•	Must be able to work in the evenings, when needed
