What the role is

We are looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist to drive the adoption and effective use of our digital learning ecosystem. This role focuses on training, scaling learning technologies, and providing L&D consultancy to Civil Service College (CSC) institutes and Whole-of-Government (WOG) agencies. The ideal candidate will enhance digital learning adoption, develop impactful training programs, and implement innovative learning solutions.

What you will be working on

1. Digital Learning Enablement & Platform Training • Conduct training on the organization’s LMS and digital learning tools. • Identify, curate, and implement innovative L&D resources to drive digital learning adoption. • Train learning designers to maximize LMS functionalities for an optimal learning experience. 2. Develop Training Programmes to Scale Learning Technologies in Learning Design and Delivery • Stay updated on emerging learning technologies and industry best practices. • Design interactive and engaging training programs for learning designers, leveraging LMS capabilities and learning technologies. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning initiatives using data analytics and user feedback. 3. L&D Consultancy & Stakeholder Engagement • Conduct learning needs analysis to identify performance gaps and process inefficiencies. • Recommend and implement digital learning solutions, including eLearning modules, microlearning platforms, and AI-driven knowledge bases. • Work with stakeholders to develop and implement engaging digital learning experiences aligned with business objectives. • Support a self-directed learning culture by ensuring the accessibility to up-to-date digital resources. 4. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement • Track and analyse learning program effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics. • Prepare reports on learning outcomes and impact to guide strategic decision-making and improvements.

What we are looking for

We welcome candidates with diverse skills and experiences. While not every requirement is essential, the following will set you up for success in this role: • Experience in Learning & Development, with expertise in workforce upskilling, curriculum and content development. • Strong understanding of learning technologies, LMS platforms, and digital learning trends. • Project management skills to drive L&D initiatives effectively. • Ability to analyse learning data and leverage digital tools for impactful L&D interventions. • Strong facilitation skills to deliver training to diverse audiences. • Proficiency in instructional design and eLearning content development. • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). • ACLP qualification or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
