What the role is

You will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience by managing industrial relations, developing HR policies, and overseeing our performance and rewards frameworks.

This role is for someone who is a great team player, proactive, and passionate about creating a fair and engaging workplace.

What you will be working on

Responsibilities

  • Performance Management: Administer the performance review cycle, provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters, and ensure a fair and effective process.
  • Compensation & Rewards: Support the design and implementation of the rewards strategy, manage compensation and benefits programs, and conduct market benchmarking.
  • Policy Development: Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business goals and legal requirements.
  • Industrial Relations: Handle industrial relations matters, including managing union relationships, leading negotiations, and ensuring compliance with IM.

What we are looking for

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience (>5 years) in HR, with a strong focus on industrial relations and policy management.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
