What you will be working on
- Manage administration, deployment and welfare of foreign officers
- Work closely with stakeholders to facilitate administration and immigration of foreign officers
- Coordinate the annual CTIF Council Meeting
- Ensure daily administrative, logistics, hygiene and welfare matters during their deployment in Singapore
Challenge(s)
- Working with foreigners from different cultural and language backgrounds with varying needs and provisions accorded by country of origin
- Coordinating with Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) services' defence relations departments for visits
- Responsively managing needs of partner nations during their deployment in Singapore
What we are looking for
- Education in Business Administration, Human Resource, International Relations, Hospitality Management or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in finance/accounts management, human resource administration, foreign relations, guest relations or corporate relations management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with international partners
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse backgrounds
