What the role is
What you will be working on
1. Content Creation & Copywriting:
Develop website copy that aligns with PA's brand voice and messaging strategy
Create content for various digital touchpoints including landing pages, campaign microsites, and promotional materials
Collaborate with stakeholders to transform technical information into accessible, user-friendly content
Conceptualise and design visual assets to build engaging content and enhance the depth of storytelling
Support content localisation efforts for diverse community engagement
2. Integrated Marketing Campaigns:
Assist in developing and implementing integrated marketing communication strategies for campaigns, harnessing the website as a key channel
Support thematic campaign planning including content calendars, messaging frameworks, and channel strategies
Coordinate cross-platform content distribution to maximise campaign reach and engagement
Analyse website performance metrics and provide insights for future campaign planning
Collaborate with internal teams to align website content with broader marketing objectives
3. User Experience Enhancement & Website Development:
Support website architecture planning and information hierarchy development
Ensure content structure supports optimal user engagement and conversion
Conduct user research and identify areas for improvement in website usability and accessibility
Propose and implement UX enhancements aligned with team directions and user needs
Develop user journey maps and content strategies that support seamless navigation
Collaborate with stakeholder divisions to gather, curate, and incorporate website content
Manage content updates ensuring accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency
Assist in content migration and quality assurance processes
4. Brand Implementation & Visual Coordination:
Work closely with the brand team to implement visual design elements across digital platforms
Ensure consistent branding and messaging standards across the website and marketing materials
Support the development of brand guidelines for digital content creation
Coordinate visual assets and multimedia content integration
5. Digital Analytics & Performance Optimisation:
Gain exposure to SEO best practices and website optimisation techniques
Support website performance tracking and analysis via WOGAA and other analytics tools
Assist in generating insights from user behaviour data to inform content and UX improvements
Monitor campaign performance across digital channels and provide recommendations
6. Documentation & Strategic Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of website changes, content updates, and campaign activities
Prepare progress reports, performance analyses, and strategic recommendations for stakeholders
Support presentation development for senior management and cross-functional teams
Document best practices and lessons learnt for future projects
What we are looking for
Relevant tertiary education in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related fields
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Interest in digital marketing, content creation, and website development
Experience in UX design and mapping of user journey would be a plus
Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Collaborative team player who can work effectively with multiple stakeholders
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Eligibility for GRIT@Gov traineeship
The GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service (GRIT@Gov) aims to provide fresh graduates with opportunities to gain industry-relevant skills and experience that can strengthen their employability to take up full time roles in the sector.
All trainees must fulfil the following criteria:
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
- Graduated or graduating in 2024 or 2025 from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) and other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
- Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2024 or 2025.
Trainees who complete their studies from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) or other Educational Institutions within 2025 but who will only receive their qualification/certification award in 2026 are eligible for the programme as well.
