We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Car Parks Department team as an Estate Executive. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that HDB carparks in the public residential estates are well maintained and upgraded to provide residents and general motorists a safe and pleasant parking experience.

What you will be working on
Key responsibilities of an Estate Executive in Car Parks Department include:
• Plan, assess and manage carpark improvement works and upgrading projects that enhance the standards of the parking facilities.
• Work with internal operations teams, appointed contractors and Service Providers, and business partners for site surveys, improvement works requirements, assessment reports, and solutions.
• Manage, coordinate, monitor the improvement works, and hand over of the upgraded works and carparks.
• Engagement with stakeholders and residents for any feedback and resolution.
• Monitoring of budgets, preparation and processing of claims and payments.
• Perform site works to support the smooth implementation of the improvement works, conduct audit checks on the site works.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects such as research and design projects, process reviews and exploration and trial of new technologies to improve the carpark facility.
What we are looking for
You should possess:
• Relevant technical background and project management (construction) knowledge and standards,
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders, and ability to manage the contractors and projects to ensure timely completion of the works,
• Passion to improve the parking facilities and contribute to the better living environment for our residents,
• Willing to learn, able to work as a team and strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Successful candidate will be offered a 1+1-year contract.
