What the role is
• Provide full range of administrative support and customer service to learners and organisations to build relevant capability and capacity in the social service sector
What you will be working on
1. Process and manage course applications from learners and organisations via SSI's Integrated Learning and Training Management System, ensuring timeliness and accuracy in processing
2. Assist with admissions, perform screening of course applications to verify eligibility criteria
3. Follow-up on invoices, outstanding payments, refunds, appeals/waivers, etc.
4. Prepare and submit reports such as reimbursement and funding reports, learners’ data to different funding bodies, ensuring full compliance with funding guidelines, terms and conditions, and regulatory requirements
5. Submit enhanced Subsidy Grant Claims for learners and maintain accurate records of enrolments, attendance records, assessment results on the SSG Training Partners Gateway (TPG) portal
6. Ensure all administrative processes comply with CET operational and Continuous Improvement Review (CIR) Audit and Minimum Service Standard Audit requirements
7. Provide customer service, course administration and logistics support for courses,
assessments, learning events, etc.
8. Provide timely resolution to learners' concerns through phone enquiries and email correspondence
9. Maintain proper electronic documentation and proper archival of training materials, learner records
10. Undertake evening administrative duties for night classes as and when needed
11. Provide ongoing learners’ support to ensure smooth operation of the day to day
classes for the programmes assigned
12. Undertake other duties as assigned

Experience & Special Certification(s):
At least 1 year of working experience in training administration.
Preferred: Relevant experience in CET Centre.
