You will be part of the manpower planning team responsible for the following :
• Conduct job evaluation and manpower monitoring and analytics to manage organisation’s manpower plans and headcount
• Support in manpower planning, including review of work processes, implement organisational structure changes and manpower operations.
• Conduct longer range manpower studies to understand workforce needs within the organization to meet future manpower challenges and staffing requirements.
• Any other duties as assigned
