Sr/HR Manager, Manpower Planning (2-year contract)

What you will be working on

You will be part of the manpower planning team responsible for the following : • Conduct job evaluation and manpower monitoring and analytics to manage organisation’s manpower plans and headcount • Support in manpower planning, including review of work processes, implement organisational structure changes and manpower operations. • Conduct longer range manpower studies to understand workforce needs within the organization to meet future manpower challenges and staffing requirements. • Any other duties as assigned

What we are looking for

• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline • Relevant HR experience will be an advantage • Meticulous and proactive team player • Good analytical, writing and communication skills
