What you will be working on
- Oversee manpower and personnel administration, ensuring operational readiness of the SAF NSmen Force
- Manage key HR functions including Active-to-NS transitions, deployments, appointment and posting governance, course nominations, and succession planning
- Verify approvals, handle redeployments, and manage promotions and awards to ensure Human Resource processes align with organisational priorities
- Ensure data integrity across HR systems and maintain accurate records across assigned divisions and formations
- Drive continuous improvement by reviewing workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders
- Align manpower resources with operational needs

What we are looking for
- Prior experience in Human Resource operations, manpower deployment, or administrative support functions is preferred
- Proficiency in computer literacy and software applications such as Microsoft Office
- Solid understanding of processes within National Service domain is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills, including experience managing databases or HR dashboards
- Effective communication skills
