The candidate will support the Transformation team in revamping the Intranet for better collaboration and information sharing, as well as implementing staff engagement activities, with a view to strengthen the effectiveness of internal communications, drive employee engagement and shape organisational culture.
The candidate will be involved in:
(a) Supporting usability testing of the intranet.
(b) Reviewing the information architecture of the intranet.
(c) Developing pages on SharePoint Online with guidance, to implement the follow-ups arising from an upcoming UI/UX study.
If required, the candidate may support the team in:
(d) Designing internal communications content e.g. EDMs, infographics, bite-sized videos, etc.
(e) Providing administrative and logistical support for staff engagement activities.
