Personal Assistant

You will provide secretarial and administrative support to a member of the MTI Senior Management. The responsibilities include organising files and documents, scheduling meetings, handling travel arrangements, monitoring deadlines and progress of projects etc. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be exposed to learning opportunities that will help to develop a better understanding of the Singapore economy. You may also be re-deployed to provide secretarial and administrative support to other members of the management team, if required.

You should have: - At least 3 years of experience in an executive capacity supporting senior management level - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of staff in a professional manner - Meticulous, with strong organisation, coordination and multi-tasking skills to work in a fast-paced environment - Proactive and takes initiative to support the principal in the prioritisation of work and appointments - Proficient in digital engagement tools and Microsoft Office applications.
