The Assurance, Care and Engagement Group (ACE), a permanent division under the Ministry of Manpower, improves the well-being of migrant workers by enhancing the healthcare, housing and social aspects of the migrant worker landscape. As a member of the Staff Engagement & Development department, you will manage critical divisional operations including staff movements, compliance processes and programme execution. You will ensure operational reliability and institutional continuity through systematic process management and stakeholder coordination.

What you will be working on
• Execute staff lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding and gazetting
• Coordinate staff entitlements including authority cards, passes and system access
• Maintain divisional compliance through systematic records management and reporting standards
• Execute budget management for administrative and engagement functions including procurement coordination
• Support training programme nominations and logistics coordination for Senior Management Capability Development
• Execute institutional events including townhalls, recognition ceremonies and leadership engagements
• Deliver engagement programmes and appreciation initiatives
What we are looking for
• Tertiary qualifications in any field
• Meticulous, strong eye for details, structured
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Strong passion for people, open-minded, a desire to serve and lead and commitment to excellence
• Prior experience in formulating SOPs and process re-engineering would be an added advantage
