What the role is

The intern will be working with the Programme Experience and Operations department. You will to ensure smooth execution and delivery of the training interventions and explore new ways or leverage on technology to improve on the current work processes so to reduce effort on manual work and free up bandwidth

What you will be working on

The role involves taking responsibility for the full spectrum of programme administration and management duties to ensure the smooth delivery of training interventions, including programmes, events, study visits, and conferences. Key duties encompass programme billing, processing payments to trainers, generating reports, and providing onsite support for programmes and events. Additionally, the position requires leveraging digital tools and technology to help streamline processes and automate manual work tasks, thereby improving operational efficiency and reducing administrative burden.
