• Support data migration of Schedule of Rate (SOR) items from existing contracts into catalogue line items within the upcoming ERP system (Workday/TenderBoard) • Input data and verify in the databases and digital systems • Review data to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and anomalies • Provide administrative and system support to ensure smooth delivery of Procurement services • Organize and maintain digital and physical files, perform data backups, and ensure data integrity. • Participate in system testing and support in data migration

• Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Supply Chain or Business Administration, or other related field. • Experience in handling high volumes of data is highly desirable. • Strong eye for detail to ensure data accuracy. • Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable working with data and system testing. • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
